Joe Kelly M.I.P.A.V.
Joe has been a professional estate agent since 1972 and owner/director of JB Kelly since 1974. Joe one of the five founding members of PropertyTeam Ltd, an umbrella group for estate agents across Ireland. Joe is highly experienced in all areas of the property including residential and commercial and is a specialist in the Howth and Sutton areas.


Dave Kelly BS.c (M.I.A.V.I*)
Dave is a graduate of D.C.U. with a BA in Marketing from the Dublin Business School, he has successfully completed a degree in Property Studies from DIT Bolton St (*awaiting accreditation as M.I.A.V.I.)
Dave is also a fully qualified BER Assessor and is listed with S.E.I. (Sustainable Energy Ireland). Dave's areas of expertise include residential sales, development appraisal, valuations and BER assessments.


Deirdre Kelly BS.c
Deirdre is a graduate of U.C.D. and a specialist in residential lettings and management. Deirdre's area of expertise include all aspect of residential letting including background checks, provision of lease, standing order and utility transfers. Deirdre also provides a full management service for clients who prefer a stress free 'turn key' solution for their rental portfolio.


Anne Kelly
Anne is the office manager at the PropertyTeam JB Kelly office at Sutton Cross. She is highly experienced in all aspects of the business including residential sales and has specialised for many years in residential lettings.
